This East African restaurant is located in a plaza with plenty of parking spaces. It is cozy where you can dine in or take out. This was my first time there and I loved it. Service was wonderful, the food is tasty, and the price is not bad. Will visit again soon.
Don’t be intimidated by the cluttered atmosphere when you walk in!
My husband and I were greeted warmly and were served fresh made food within 15 minutes of ordering.
The lamb was incredible. Very tender and flavorful. I had a beef dish that was to die for.
Very reasonably priced for the portion sizes and quality of the dishes.
The seating arrangements are very cozy and quiet so it’s perfect for a more intimate meal.
Holy cow! Or should I say lamb. The food here is delicious. I had the chicken chapati stew, my husband had the roast lamb shank, we shared the Somali handpies (sambousa?). Everything was excellent and fresh. Spiced perfectly. The lamb was incredibly tender. Only a few tables in the dining area, nice little grocery & trinket area to browse while waiting for food. So happy to have found this hidden gem.
