Great food!

The lamb shank plate was simply delicious. Lamb was so tender and juicy, even the rice was so flavorful-full with saffron and some kind of berries. The salad was so refreshing and a wonderful compliment to the lamb, rice and the lamb broth soup.

The shawarma sandwich was a bit underwhelming though. It was small and too bready. The filling was not as flavorful-full as I expected. A few options of dipping sauces would've made a lot of difference. We asked for some sauces so they offered hot sauce. I feel the shawarma at Gyro Time in Greenwood is so far my benchmark for good chicken shawarma.

The falafel on the side was a great value for money, but the falafels were a bit over fried and the dipping sauce had some stale taste.

The restaurant itself was not very well maintained and clean, which is a common pattern that I've seen in Mediterranean restaurants in Seattle. Still looking out for a nice sit-down Mediterranean restaurant that does not have a fast-food cafe vibe, but that of course would jack up the prices a lot.

Best Food I had in Seattle! So much flavor! Worth every penny! Everything was so FRESH! The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed! The Hummus is very hauntingly

I tried their lamb shank plate and it was simply amazing. It was slow-cooked to perfection, resulting in tender and succulent meat falling off the bone.

The flavors were rich and complex, with a perfect balance of spices that complemented the natural flavor of the lamb. The dish was served with a side of rice and vegetables, which are also seasoned to perfection and add to the overall flavor profile.

If you’re a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, or simply looking for a satisfying meal, Al Basha is worth a visit. Their lamb shank is a must-try dish that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Very very tasty food, the flavors are very delicious like Happy delicious !!!! The salad was outrageously fresh and yummy, I strongly recommend the greek french fries, those fries were amazing, super tasty !!!! Those fries get their own 5 stars, great job to the cook/chef . Overall the food was delicious, only I wish they served the plates a little more generously
Definitely will be back for more Greek fries and that friendly customer service.

Al Basha is the spot is a great spot for having good while non-expensive Middle Eastern food. We tried their chicken and beef shawarma plates, and while they weren't the best I've ever had, they were still quite good. The staff, on the other hand, were very respectful, well-mannered, and thoughtful, which really added to the overall experience. Although the interior could use some renovations, the quality of food and service more than make up for it.
