Islamic Center of Yakima

The Islamic Center of Tacoma is a welcoming and diverse mosque located in Tacoma, WA. With a newly renovated space that used to be a gymnasium, this mosque offers peaceful and clean facilities for prayer and community activities. It features separate prayer areas for women, a great library with books in various languages, and a store where you can purchase necessities. The Center hosts various Islamic activities, including tarawih prayers and community iftars during Ramadan. With multicultural services and Arabic with translation available, this mosque prides itself on inclusivity and accessibility for all worshippers.

Our mission is to represent the Islamic community of Yakima for religious, educational, social and cultural matters, and to promote positive relations in our Yakima community with a commitment to support the goal of growth and development for all its people.
