A halal certificate is clearly visible on the premises of this restaurant.
I’ve been to Thaal twice before and the service was slow like always. There were only 2 staff members handling the responsibilities (Host/Waitstaff/Runner/Cleaning and Prep cook).
1. Thali had a wide spread but not all of them were tasteful. Especially the meat in the non-veg thali wasn’t tender.
2. Interiors and ambiance were decent but service can definitely be improved
3. The price point was high for the spread offered and in comparison to the restaurants offering similar spread
4. Some of my favorites:
Common items : Dahi Bhalla / Gulab Jamun
Veg Thali : Beetroot cutlet / Paneer gravy
Non-Veg Thali : Mutton Gravy / Murgh peshwari curry

I wonder why this place has 3.5 rating. I would rate it 4.5. 3.5 rating has prevented me to order or try from this place multiple times in the past. Yesterday, I finally ignored the rating & wanted to try it out for myself.
They have a wide spread menu of many items along with thaali options too. We decided to for thaali(1st veg thaali & 2nd non veg thaali).
They served a rich and delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian thali that was beyond my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced and each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance was cozy and comfortable. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the attention to hygiene, which is especially important these days. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a rich, flavourful and satisfying Indian thaali. The only reason which prevented me to give 5 star is because I didn’t really enjoy the tandoori chicken, other than this everything was really good.I can't wait to visit again!
Authentic restaurant with awesome thali. If you want to try a a variety of Indian dishes but don’t want to commit to entree size, definitely try thali! We also got the paneer biryani, a little spicy but very delicious. Pairs well with mango lassi.
I think if the staff could take more time to explain what each small dish is, that will be even better. But we went on Saturday night and they were busy and short staffed. So that’s understandable. Definitely will come back for more food.
Kids friendly too! Thank you!
