Sam Choy’s poke is newer to Redmond. Is the poke good? Yes. So go ahead and try the poke at this place out.

However, the rest of the menu is getting three stars from me. There just was not enough portion/flavor/authenticity- for the high price point. (Also some of the menu was out of stock) so kind of hard to try out/enjoy items that aren’t available.

Parking is fine, the staff is friendly, and the spot does seem clean.

Overall, glad they are in a Redmond, just not my first go-to place to grab food.

I enjoyed the poke a lot. Definitely the closest to Hawaiian style poke you can get in this area. I would come back and try the other poke flavors. The ahi has the nice chewy texture of fresh fish.
